The Villa

The lovely landowner’s villa is placed in an estate mainly covered with olive groves which expands until the torrent Ciuffenna and up to the mountains of Pratomagno which divide the Casentino from Valdarno and from the Chianti valleys.

Villa Fabbriola, set 450 m. above sea level and reachable by an unmade private road about 700 m. long, overlooks the old medieval village of Loro Ciuffenna which is about 3 km far.

The village can be also reached by feet walking along an interesting, well signed, naturalistic path (around 20 minutes walking).

The villa’s geographic position is equidistant from the main art centres of Italian culture: Firenze, Siena and Arezzo are easily reachable by car in less than an hour. Closer there are many medieval hamlets, Romanesque parishes and outlet shops of the major Italian fashion brands.

The villa is furnished with period furniture and has satellite TV.

All around the villa the fenced garden is equipped with barbecue, wood burning oven, outdoor furniture, table-tennis, bowling green and bicycles (free use), and in a panoramic position has been realized the swimming pool (size m. 5 x 10).

Possibility to buy extra virgin olive oil, own production..

Near by the Prada factory and near the biggest outlets: Gucci, Valentino, Armani, Fendi Hoogan,Tod’s, etc. and near the biggest gold factory in the world 1AR.
